RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase (or gift) for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of your order being shipped (for purchases made on our website). You can also contact customerservice@furnabell.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be sent back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Note: All shipping costs are non-refundableYou will be responsible for paying all shipping costs of your product. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We inspect each and every return. All returned products must be unused and an original condition to issue full refund. If products are used and in a damaged condition, you will receive partial to no refund.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Furnabell does not take responsibility for late delivery times.


Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS
Note: All International Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically issue a store credit for the order total - shipping charges.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. International deliveries are sometimes delayed and Furnabell does not take responsibility for late delivery times. We recommend to purchase shipping insurance for all international orders. Please contact designated shipping carrier in case you experience significant delay.

Items marked as final sale, or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.


Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
